The JPII Academic Decathlon team finished 3rd in their regional competition on Friday, January 27, 2023, and Saturday, January 28, 2023. The third-place finish was amongst a crowded 18 teams and in the hardest region in the state of Texas.
This was the highest-place finish for JPII at the regional competition.

Now the team waits for Monday, January 30, 2023, to see if their team score qualifies them to advance to the state championship.
