Vidigami

Vidigami is a private invitation-only media management platform community designed exclusively for schools. It allows educators, students, and parents to privately upload, organize, and share photos of school events, field trips, and campus life. The platform features intelligent facial recognition to automatically tag students and build a centralized, year-over-year digital archive.
Key Features of Vidigami
- Private & Secure: Schools maintain full control over who is invited into the community, ensuring content is not posted on public social media.
- Facial Recognition: The platform uses facial recognition to instantly tag students in photos and organize them into individual student life portfolios.
- Consent Management: Families and schools have the ability to manage media permissions, and privacy settings travel with every image.
- Integrations: Vidigami integrates with systems such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Blackbaud, and Veracross so schools can directly pull approved, high-resolution photos into yearbooks and presentations.
- Mobile Accessibility: Users can view and upload batches of photos directly from their devices using dedicated apps on Apple's App Store or the Google Play Store.

Uniform Additions

CardinalConnect
Students, you will receive an email in your JPII account inviting you to “Connect with John Paul II High School.” When you receive that email:
- Click the Accept Invitation button.
- Do NOT change the fields asking for your name, etc.
- Click the Sign Up with Google button at the bottom of the page.
After you have completed this process, you will use your JPII email address and the Sign in with Google button to sign in.
Parents, you should have already received the same email. If you haven’t set up your account yet and have a Gmail account, your instructions are the same as above. If you do not have a Gmail account, you will need to fill in the fields to create a password and click submit. Do not change the email address.
If you cannot log in to CardinalConnect, please submit an Incident IQ ticket via the link at https://help.johnpauliihs.org.
ParentSquare
ParentSquare is our primary communication hub, keeping you connected with everything happening at school. We will continue to use it for all general and group updates from teachers, coaches, and club sponsors.
- How to Log In: Starting in mid-July, you can access your account by heading to ParentSquare.com and signing in with the same email address listed in your CardinalConnect account.
- Get the App: We highly recommend installing the mobile app for real-time updates. It’s available in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- For Students: Students can be in the loop, too! Have them download StudentSquare (the student-specific version) to stay up to date on their own activities, teams, and clubs.
Make sure you have the app downloaded so you never miss an announcement, game update, or club notification!
Help Desk Hours
The Technology Help Desk is located at the back of the Athenaeum on the second floor, just up the elevator from the Reception Desk. Look for the Blue Room.
Beginning July 8th, we will be available from 9 am to Noon. During the school year, we are generally available from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm except for 'C' lunch.
Students and Parents may also submit a trouble ticket through IncidentIQ, our ticketing system. Links can be found at https://help.johnpauliihs.org.
Magnus Health
This is where the Nurse tracks all medical data for students. This is where you will upload health data and vaccination records. More information is here.
