John Paul II High School (JPII) is a next generation Catholic college preparatory high school serving families in the greater Collin County area. Founded in 2005, JPII is committed to forming the next generation of effective and ethical servant leaders in our community and the world. Our formative education of the whole person; academic, spiritual, emotional and physical, leads to personal transformation. Inspired by the legacy of our patron, Pope St. John Paul II, we must rouse the minds and hearts of our students, stir their faith, and empower them to create a future based on hope and love.
Spend an Evening with Esteemed College Deans and Directors.
The 2019 Deans’ and Directors’ Event, sponsored by the College Placement Office, hosts top college admission professionals from across the United States. This event is open to all students and parents. Come hear what leading admissions officers are saying about trends in college admissions, what student characteristics they value in the admissions process, their hints for a successful college search, and much more!
The JPII Office of College Placement recognizes the importance for you and your parents to have the opportunity to share in the discussion with experts as they present topics associated with your next steps after high school. Attendees will pick three sessions and will be encouraged to split up so that families can gain more information by attending multiple sessions. The presenters (college admissions officers from around the country) are speaking about topics and will also share a little information about their universities. This is the format of the event
Welcome in the Athenaeum
Instructions about how to register and session topics will be forthcoming.
