Tips if you are having problems accessing JP2-Net
A small number of users have encountered problems when trying to access JP2-Net. Please try the following to remedy this:
- Disable popup blockers or always allow popups from http://jp2-net.johnpauliihs.org/
- Check that cookies are enabled and add http://jp2-net.johnpauliihs.org/ as a trusted site in Internet security settings and adjust settings of any personal Internet security software.
- Check for errors in status bar of the web browser.
- Adust any firewall settings to allow access to JP2-Net.
If you still cannot access JP2-Net and are using the correct ID/password please contact Shaun Grace (details below).

Please note - JP2-Net has been upgraded and now has a different look. A new User Guide is currently being produced, but in the meantime the old User Guides are still available.
